Direct Debit guarantee‌

All the standard Direct Debit safeguards and guarantees are offered by banks and building societies that accept instruction to pay Direct Debits.

• If there are any changes to the amount, date, or frequency of your Direct Debit we will let you know 10 working days before, or as agreed with you.
• If you ask us to collect a payment, the amount and date will be confirmed time of the request.
• If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by us or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
• If you get a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when we tell you.
• You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by telling your bank or building society. They may ask you to confirm this in writing and should also send this to us.
