Hanbury Road

Derby City Council (Hanbury Road) (Moving Vehicle Restrictions) (Amendment to Map Based Schedule) (No.43) (Experimental) Order 2021

DERBY CITY COUNCIL made this Experimental Order on the 24th day of March 2022, which will become effective from the 4th day of April 2022 for a period of 18 months, under Sections 1, 2, 4, and Part IV of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Road Traffic Act 1991 the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers in that behalf and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police:

The purpose of the Experimental Order is to bring into effect the following:

Prohibition of entry for motor vehicles, exemption 1

  • Hanbury Road, at its entrance from Chaddesden Park Road

A copy of the Experimental Order together with maps which show the definitive extents of the order and a copy of the Authority’s Statement of Reasons for making the Experimental Order, may be inspected on this page.

Derby City Council will be considering, in due course, whether the provisions of this Experimental Order should be continued in force indefinitely.

Anyone wishing to object to the Experimental Order continuing in force indefinitely, should state their grounds of objection, sending it in writing to Derby City Council, Traffic and Transportation, Communities and Place, Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2FS or by email to traffic.management@derby.gov.uk to be received no later than the 3rd October 2022.
