Admission arrangements and policies
Community and voluntary-aided schools and academies
The admission arrangements for all community and voluntary-aided schools and academies in Derby city must be determined by 15 March every year, even if they have not changed from previous years and a consultation has not been required.
The Derby City Council determined admission arrangements‌ for infant, junior, primary and secondary schools for infant, junior, primary and secondary schools are used to allocate places at schools for the 2024-2025 school year.
These are the set and agreed-on arrangements for admissions into schools following the outcome of a consultation.
We are required to publish our determined admission arrangements together with those of other admission authorities within Derby city.
