Bonsall View

Bonsall View is a short break service for younger adults with profound and complex learning disabilities, and associated behaviours. 
 
Within our service we employ the following staff:

• Cook/Cook in charge - responsible for the nutritional needs of the customers.
• Day care assistants - who provide support with day to day living, well-being and personal care.
• Senior night care - who support customers overnight with any needs, medication and the health and safety of customers and the building during the night.
• Residential social care workers - who are the ‘senior staff member’ on each shift. They perform all of the above duties, with overall responsibility of the shift/building, health and safety and medication, supervisions.
• Assistant manager - who performs similar duties of the residential care workers, but also supports the manager, with management duties and general running of the establishment.
