How to book
Domestic treatments
Booking a domestic treatment online is the cheapest option.
However, if you would like to make a booking over the phone, please telephone 01332 640000 between 9am and 1pm or use our signing service.
Payment is by card only and at the time of booking.
You treatment may include multiple visits from our qualified and experienced team
Commercial treatments
To book a commercial treatment apply online.
For more information on the treatments available, contracts or prices, please email pest.control@derby.gov.uk or telephone the Pest Management Service on 01332 640000 between 9am and 1pm or use our signing service.
Payment by card is available for some pest treatments.
We reserve the right to refuse to treat a premises if a domestic booking turns out to be a commercial premises.
For private landlords or housing association properties, we will charge the commercial call out fee of £83 + VAT. Please refer to the Pest Management Services Terms and Conditions for more information. We will regularly review this in line with current guidance.
Fees - 2025/26
We are now able to offer online booking for our out-of-area domestic customers (Breadsall Village, Little Eaton, Borrowash and Ockbrook). Booking a service online is the cheapest option.

Terms and conditions
We need to explain our terms and conditions as it's important for the work we carry out and sometimes you will have responsibilities as well.
Refunds will be given, but an administrative charge of £31 will be deducted when:
- you cannot provide the required sample for some pest types, as described later during the booking
- adequate preparations have not been carried out and the Pest Control Officer is unable to treat
- an active infestation cannot be found or treatment cannot legally be undertaken
- you cancel your appointment with less than one day's notice.
However, no refund will be given if:
- the treatment or baiting has commenced
- you fail to undertake works, carry out proofing or adhere to the Pest Control Officers' recommendations and as a result, we need to stop treatment
- you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice
Where a booking has been made for wasps but it is established that they cannot be treated or the insects are bees the call-out charge is £31.
If we are unable to fulfil an appointment due to reasons beyond our control and a suitable alternative appointment can't be arranged then a full refund will be offered.
