Repair cafés
Keep Britain Tidy recently said recycling should be a last resort. And they’re right. When something reaches the end of its life or is no longer wanted, prioritising repair or reuse is much better for the environment. We’re not saying recycling has no place, it’s still much better than putting something in the rubbish bin, it’s just that reuse and repair is better. Repair cafés are a worldwide network on a mission to cut waste and build up repair skills.
