Mental health problems are common — and they can be treated. Support is available to help you stay well and look after your mental health.
If you’re in crisis

Derby City Council does not accept self-referrals into our mental health service.
If you are not currently receiving support from the mental health community team but you think you may have social care needs, you can still get help.
